Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: From 3:00 PM. An entry code will be sent via SMS to your mobile phone prior to arrival.
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Reservations and Payments

- Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a valid booking through our website or authorized third-party platforms.
- Payment: Full payment is required 14 days before booking, unless specified otherwise.
Cancellations and Amendments

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within the 14 day period, a rain check can be discussed and is subject to availability, and not available during peak periods.
- Amendments: Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
No-Show Policy

- Failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the full reservation amount will be charged.
House Rules

- No Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of AUD 200 will be charged for violations.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Occupancy: Each apartment accommodates a maximum of two guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval and charged at $50pp per night.
Liability

- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
Privacy

- Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for reservation and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

- Payment terms may vary depending on the platform’s policies. Some platforms may charge service fees or commissions, which will be disclosed during the booking process.
Cancellations and Refunds

- Cancellation policies may differ between platforms. Guests should review the specific terms provided at the time of booking.
Modifications

- Any changes to reservations made through third-party platforms must be processed through the respective platform, subject to their terms and conditions.
Liability and Disputes

- While the booking platform facilitates the reservation, any issues arising during the stay should be addressed directly with Bellevue Accommodation.

- Booking.com: Guests are advised to review Booking.com’s terms of service, which outline user responsibilities, payment terms, and policies.
- TripAdvisor: Guests should familiarize themselves with TripAdvisor’s terms, especially when bookings involve third-party suppliers.
- Airbnb: please note that all reservations are subject to Airbnb’s terms and conditions. This includes their cancellation policies, payment processing, service fees, and dispute resolution procedures. Any changes or cancellations must be managed directly through the Airbnb platform, in accordance with their policies.
